RETURNS AND EXCHANGES<\/p>\n
The period for returning and exchanging goods is within 14 calendar days from the date of sale, in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, under the following conditions:<\/p>\n
- the product is not used
\n- shoes have a marketable appearance
\n- integrity and originality of the packaging is preserved
\n- the protective film on the sole (if any) must be preserved
\n- you are located in Ukraine (no returns and exchanges are provided for customers from other countries)<\/p>\n
Used goods cannot be exchanged or returned.<\/p>\n
METHODS OF RETURN AND EXCHANGE<\/p>\n
- Send the goods by courier or postal service, the customer pays for the delivery<\/p>\n
- In case of exchange, the new product is delivered after receiving the previous product back<\/p>\n
