RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
The period for returning and exchanging goods is within 14 calendar days from the date of sale, in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, under the following conditions:
- the product is not used
- shoes have a marketable appearance
- integrity and originality of the packaging is preserved
- the protective film on the sole (if any) must be preserved
- you are located in Ukraine (no returns and exchanges are provided for customers from other countries)
Used goods cannot be exchanged or returned.
METHODS OF RETURN AND EXCHANGE
- Send the goods by courier or postal service, the customer pays for the delivery
- In case of exchange, the new product is delivered after receiving the previous product back
Funds for the goods are refunded within 7 days after their actual receipt
